Injured in an Accident

If you've been hurt in a collision caused by someone else's negligence, you may be entitled to compensation for medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering.

Property Damage / Total Loss

Insurance companies often undervalue repairs or total-loss payouts. We fight for the fair value of your vehicle—not the insurer's lowball number.

Diminished Value Claim

Even after repairs, your car is worth less. Most insurers won't tell you about diminished value. We make sure you're compensated for every dollar of lost value.

How We Help You

Personal Injury

From whiplash to serious injuries, we pursue full compensation for your medical treatment, rehabilitation, lost income, and the pain and disruption a collision brings to your life.

Property Damage

Unfair repair estimates, denied claims, and total-loss lowballs are standard insurance tactics. We challenge those numbers and fight to get your vehicle's true value recognized.

Diminished Value

A repaired car is never worth the same as one that was never wrecked. We document the loss and demand the compensation insurers hope you'll never ask for.

We focus on the areas where insurance companies shortchange people the most.

The Insurance Company Playbook

Insurance adjusters are trained to minimize what they pay you. Here’s what
they don’t want you to know:

Delaying your claim hoping you'll give up

Offering repair estimates far below actual costs

Never mentioning your right to diminished value

Denying valid claims without proper investigation

Undervaluing your vehicle in a total-loss situation

Pressuring you to accept a quick, lowball settlement

Don’t let them get away with it. We know their tactics—and how to beat them.

What Is Diminished Value and Why Don't Insurers Tell You About It?

When your car is in an accident—even if it’s perfectly repaired—it loses value on the open market. A vehicle with an accident on its CARFAX is simply worth less than one without. That loss is called diminished value.

In most cases, the at-fault driver’s insurance company owes you for that loss. But they’ll almost never bring it up on their own. It’s money they hope you’ll leave on the table.

Who qualifies? If your vehicle was damaged in an accident caused by another driver and has been repaired, you likely have a diminished value claim. The newer the vehicle, the larger the loss.

Quick Example

Pre-Accident Value

$35,000

Post-Repair Value (with accident history)

$35,000

Diminished Value You're Owed$

$55,00

* This is a simplified example for illustration purposes. Actual diminished value depends on vehicle specifics, damage severity, and market conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about insurance claims, diminished value, and how we work.
Do I have to use the insurance company's preferred repair shop?
No. You have the right to choose your own repair shop. Insurance companies may recommend their preferred shops, but you are not required to use them. In fact, shops chosen by insurers may be incentivized to keep costs low rather than deliver the best repair.

Diminished value is the loss in your vehicle’s market value after an accident, even after repairs. If your vehicle was damaged by another driver and has been repaired, you likely qualify for a diminished value claim. The newer the vehicle, the greater the potential recovery.

Yes. You can file a diminished value claim after your vehicle has been repaired. In fact, many people don’t learn about diminished value until after repairs. There are time limits, so it’s best to act promptly.

You don’t have to accept it. Insurance estimates are often based on the lowest possible costs. We review the estimate, identify shortfalls, and negotiate with the insurer or get independent appraisals to support a higher payout.
Insurance companies often undervalue total-loss vehicles. We analyze comparable sales, condition reports, and market data to challenge low offers and push for the true replacement value of your vehicle.
Timelines vary, but many property damage and diminished value claims can be resolved within weeks to a few months. Personal injury claims may take longer depending on the complexity of injuries and treatment.
Nothing. Our initial case review is completely free with no obligation. We’ll assess your situation, explain your options, and only move forward if you decide to.
It helps to have your insurance claim number, the police report (if available), photos of the damage, and any correspondence from the insurance company. But don’t worry if you don’t have everything—we can help you gather what’s needed.

Yes. If you’ve been without a vehicle due to the accident, you may be entitled to rental reimbursement or loss-of-use compensation. We make sure that’s included in your claim.

Absolutely. Once you engage us, we handle all communication with the insurer so you don’t have to deal with adjusters, delays, or pressure tactics.
